You say your trust makes a difference, but what evidence supports that claim? In this interactive session, attendees will become the executive team and board of a fictional multi-academy trust. Each table will examine an evidence pack containing extracts from board reports, school-improvement data, workforce information, complaints, inclusions measures and stakeholder feedback.

Groups will identify what demonstrates genuine trust-level impact, what represents activity without evidence of improved outcomes, and where the trust's narrative is contradicted by its data. They will then present the trust's strongest evidence, its greatest vulnerability and what further information the board should request. The session will conclude with expert challenge and practical guidance, leaving attendees with a diagnostic framework they can apply within their own trust.
