Al has 20 years governance experience, has been chair of a number of Multi-Academy Trusts, as well AP settings. He currently sits on the Regional Schools Directors Advisory board for the East of England, chairs his regional SEND board as well as publishing a range of accessible guides for schools on growth, governance and educational technology.
