It is with great excitement that we are launching the first MATPN CEO Summer School to support leaders across the UK in readiness either as a new CEO to the sector or an existing CEO so that each leader is enabled and supported to effectively deliver their Trust vision, strategy, and outcomes from September 2023.
Chaired by John Murphy (CEO of Oasis Community Learning – one the largest MATs in the UK), the summer school will focus on providing the opportunity for leaders to reflect own their own organisations in relation to the recently DfE five pillars of quality for the Multi-Academy Trust. The programme will help prepare each leader in their own context of their Trust to evaluate their own challenges and opportunities and provide effective strategies to assist them going forward.
