Randstad has been providing specialist tuition, SEN, mentoring to local authorities, further and higher level institutions and across the school network since 1993. Our service is built on a continuous cycle of review and improvement with the aim to reflect the voice of the pupil in our ongoing progress. We carefully measure our tuition programmes against desired outcomes and meaningful objectives including adherence to the curriculum, increase in pupils’ engagement, attendance, sitting exams and imparting skills leading to employability options in the longer term.
