Work with teachers and parents: We provide training and coaching to school staff and parents, giving them the transformational tools needed, to understand and respond to children’s behaviour. Work with school leaders: We work with school leaders to review behaviour policy and practice, helping them to apply our unique tools, to shape behaviour culture, through a shared behaviour curriculum. Work with behaviour leaders: Through our Academy for Behaviour Leadership, we provide a curriculum and a community for behaviour leaders to increase their capacity to coach colleagues towards competent classroom management.
