Anthony is a teacher and leader with 28 years’ experience across mainstream and alternative education. He holds a National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership and a Diploma in Trauma and Mental Health. After moving into alternative provision, he re-evaluated everything he thought he knew about schools. Immersed in neuroscience, trauma, and attachment theory, he developed Relational Inclusion—a practical, compassionate approach now influencing schools, police, universities, and the Violence Reduction Unit. Anthony is committed to changing how we understand behaviour, belonging, and learning. His book, Educating Everyone: An Introduction to Relational Inclusion, was published in March 2025.
