Driven by a deep commitment to inclusivity and collaboration, he is leading the ambitious ‘Extol 31’ strategy - a five-year blueprint focused on empowering educational experts and readying pupils for the future. He champions sustainable school improvement through innovative practices, including Trust-wide SEND expertise sharing and digital transformation as an Apple Regional Training Centre.
