David is an education executive with over 25 years of leadership experience. As the founding CEO of EEEA, he leads a primary trust of eight schools and has helped found three new institutions.

A former National Leader of Education, David has worked extensively as a consultant for local authorities and has collaborated closely with CEOs and Headteachers to develop organisations across the South East. He brings deep regulatory expertise to his work, having served as an inspector for 15 years. David is passionate about human-centered leadership, focusing on building inclusive cultures where a deep sense of belonging empowers the entire community to unlock their potential and grow stronger together.
