Emma is Director of Technology for Learning at Denbigh High School in Luton. A winner of the Gold Pearson National Teaching Award for Digital Innovator of the Year, she spent ten years as Director of Technology for Learning at Chiltern Learning Trust, culminating in 2024 with  the Trust winning the MAT Excellence Award for Digital Innovation. She is a part-time AI and digital strategy consultant, a trustee for Apps For Good and a member of The Digital Futures Group. In 2026 Emma was announced as one of the Bett UK EdTech 10 List, celebrating ten women who are transforming the education technology landscape.
