Harry Paget-Wall Collins is Deputy CEO at The Gallery Trust, a specialist Multi-Academy Trust in Oxfordshire. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and brings extensive experience across mainstream and specialist education, including headship and system leadership roles. Harry has been instrumental in  shaping the innovative Initial Teacher Training for SEND, including a bespoke ITT programme for special schools co-designed with an Apprenticeship Provider. She is passionate about values-led practice, inclusive curriculum design, and strength-based approaches to assessment, and is committed to building equitable systems where every child can truly thrive.
