Kelly is an experienced finance professional with a strong track record across a range of industries, including e-commerce, logistics, engineering, and most recently, education, since 2019.

Currently serving as CFO at REAch2, the UK's largest primary-only MAT, Kelly plays a pivotal role in balancing financial sustainability with the delivery of high-quality educational outcomes. Since joining REAch2 in 2024, Kelly has worked closely with the executive team and school leaders to navigate the complexities and opportunities that come with operating at scale in a dynamic educational landscape.
