Lisa Hawker is Director of Operations at Ark Schools, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in digital transformation and education technology across the Multi-Academy Trust sector. She leads large-scale change spanning digital, data, estates and people services, with a focus on operational resilience, compliance and value for schools. A recognised MAT operations and digital transformation specialist, Lisa is passionate about using technology to simplify complexity, reduce burden and improve outcomes for staff and pupils. She also contributes to the sector as a MAT trustee and transformation leader.
