Lisa Thompson is Head of Digital, Data & Technology at Liberty Trust driving digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives across the trust. Liberty Academy trust is a specialist provision for Autistics learners with a key focus to empower learners and staff through purposeful technology integration and inclusive practice. With over 20 years’ experience in data, systems, and EdTech, Lisa has led large-scale projects including the procurement and implementation of MIS platforms for multi-academy trusts. She has insight into the challenges facing Trusts in leveraging data and technology to support strategic decision-making and is passionate about using technology and data to improve outcomes at scale.
