Nick is CEO of King’s Group Academies, a fifteen school multi-academy trust.  Nick has worked in three MATs and has experience of building capacity and developing high performing teams across organisations.  He has introduced systems and procedures which have had a direct impact on outcomes, simultaneously developing the trust’s leadership capacity.  He has led the co-construction of the Trust vision, Opportunity and Success on a Global Stage, alongside its core values, Honesty, Faith and Courage. These have been embedded consistently across KGA and are now a powerful shared language that guides culture, behaviour and decision-making.  During his tenure, the Trust has expanded rapidly from 9 to 15 academies in 2024, doubling pupil numbers.
