Rebekah is CEO of Eko Trust, a multi-academy trust of 13 Good and Outstanding primary and special schools supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs across East London, Suffolk and Brighton and Hove. An Ofsted Inspector, co-opted ASCL Council member and former headteacher and National Leader of Education, she brings over 20 years of deep sector expertise. Rebekah is thrilled to be merging with The Compass Partnership of Schools, a venture she believes will unlock even greater opportunities for children and families — and she looks forward to serving as Co-CEO of the newly combined trust. Deeply grateful for the wisdom and challenge her trustees and governors bring, she is energised by the people around her and committed to nurturing leadership at every level, believing that strong partnership is what enables schools to truly thrive.
