Shaheen Myers is a respected education leader, keynote speaker, and founder of Balance:ed—a consultancy focused on embedding wellbeing, culture, and connection across schools and trusts. With over 25 years’ experience in education, including system leadership as Deputy Director for Learning in a major UK city, she has supported the development of inclusive, high-performing environments for over 300 schools and 100,000 children and young people.

Through Balance:ed, she provides coaching, wellbeing supervision, strategic audits, and CPD, working closely with headteachers, CEOs, and school teams to foster psychologically safe, compassionate, and effective workplaces. She is the author of The Human Side of School Leadership, and her work continues to shape national conversations around leadership, staff wellbeing, and sustainable school improvement.
