Simon Bryan is Head of Estates at Manor Hall Academy Trust, bringing over 20 years’ experience in facilities and property management. After a long career with Staffordshire Police, he moved into education in 2019, where he found a passion for creating high-quality learning environments. Simon leads the Trust’s estates strategy, focusing on safe, efficient and inspiring spaces that support pupils and staff. Known for his practical, collaborative approach, he is committed to developing estates services that enable every school community to thrive.
