Dr Simon Witham, Trust Lead at Venn Academy Trust, has guided its growth from 4 to 14 schools. A former Headteacher and National Leader of Education, he is passionate about improving education, specialising in reducing disruption and supporting disadvantaged communities. His work focuses on SEND and SEMH inclusion, system leadership, workforce development and creating sustainable models that support both mainstream and specialist provision. He works closely with local authorities, school leaders and national partners to improve outcomes and build capacity across the system. Simon is also one of the founding partners of the SEND Exchange.
