Steven is the Head of School at Dean Trust Ardwick, a central Manchester school serving a broad and diverse demographic. A passionate advocate for educational equity, he believes every pupil deserves an ambitious education without exception. Under his leadership, the school serves as a Lead Attendance and Behaviour Hub School.

Beyond the classroom, Steven is dedicated to improving life chances across the city as a Governor for the Manchester Secondary PRU.
