BeReady have proudly assisted our partners within education in accessing over £30 million in funding to attract, develop, and retain talent.

As industry leaders in inclusion, BeReady launched their SEND Teaching Assistant programme, which has been revolutionary in improving the SEND skill set amongst support staff in schools. To build on the success of this programme, BeReady have recently expanded their offerings to include a ground-breaking Early Years Educator with SEND Level 3 programme. These initiatives have been designed to equip staff with the skills to tackle the complex challenges faced by the entire sector, due to the increasing needs for SEND provision, and improve learning environments and outcomes for all pupils.

In addition to this, BeReady launched the first-ever Wellbeing Champion Programme for schools in September 2022. Since then, they’ve helped develop hundreds of Wellbeing Champions who continue to support staff and student wellbeing and improve cultures in schools across England.
