It depends on your package. Silver and Premium Silver sponsors receive a minimum of 9 pre-booked one-to-one meetings with senior decision-makers. Gold packages include 18 guaranteed meetings, while Platinum and Headline sponsors receive 27 meetings. Bronze sponsors don't receive pre-booked meetings but have full access to networking opportunities throughout the event. Every meeting is carefully matched to ensure you're connecting with delegates who need your solution.

Silver packages and above also include accommodation, all meals and refreshments, access to delegate profiles and investment data, and participation in our Dragons' Den pitch session. It varies by package. Gold sponsors deliver a 20-minute breakout presentation, while Premium Gold sponsors present in the main room. Platinum and Headline sponsors get prime main room presentation slots to the full audience. Premium Silver and above participate in our Dragons' Den speed pitch sessions (60 seconds to the entire audience), with Headline sponsors choosing their position. You'll also receive contact details of everyone who attends your presentations.
