Frequently Asked Questions

We're looking for senior leaders from Multi Academy Trusts who are driving real change across their organisations. This includes Chief Executives, Deputy CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Directors of Education, and senior leaders across digital, HR, SEND, and operations – anyone with real-world experience tackling the challenges facing the MAT sector today.

Share what's actually working at your trust. We want practical case studies, honest lessons learned, and real strategies you've implemented — not theory. Topics include financial sustainability, digital transformation and AI, recruitment and retention, school improvement, SEND and inclusion, governance, workforce wellbeing, and trust growth. If you've navigated a challenge that other MAT leaders are facing, we want to hear about it.

Sessions include main room presentations, panel discussions, and breakout sessions. You might deliver a solo 20-minute presentation, join a panel with fellow MAT leaders, or participate in a roundtable discussion. We'll work with you to find the format that best fits your experience and comfort level.

No. Speaking at MATPN is complimentary. We cover your attendance for both days, including all sessions, networking opportunities, meals, and accommodation. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers and solution providers addressing the same challenges you face.

Beyond your presentation or panel session (typically 20–45 minutes), you're encouraged to stay for the full two-day event. This gives you the chance to learn from other speakers, network with fellow senior leaders, explore innovative solutions from our sponsors, and participate in the broader conversation about the future of higher education. Many speakers find the networking and peer connections just as valuable as presenting.
